STAR Exterior Shutters provides a number of different styles of exterior shutters to customers throughout the U.S.  In some larger markets we offer installation for your outdoor shutters.

PRODUCTS

Our primary products are custom exterior wooden shutters, custom vinyl shutters and in stock vinyl exterior shutters in varying styles and colors.  There are additional upgrades available on most of the products for a surcharge.  Exterior shutter hardware is also available.

Wood/Wood Composite:

We offer 4 different species of wood:  Yellow Pine, Western Red Cedar, Cypress and Redwood.  Different or exotic woods are available upon request for your house shutters.  We also offer a wood composite in all styles except Bahama.

Because these exterior home shutters are so custom, we can match to almost any specification the customer requires.  The 4 styles we offer or Board and Batten shutters, Raised Panel shutters, Louvered shutters and Louvered Bahama shutters.  All outside shutters can be delivered in either the raw unfinished state, pre-primed or primed and painted.

As well as the base line of products, there are additional features customers may choose to incorporate in/on their shutters for a surcharge.  These add-ons can consist of arch tops, decorative cutouts, tilt rods, multiple divider rails and oversized rails, stile or louvers.

Custom Vinyl:

We provide semi-custom vinyl outside shutters as well.  We mean semi because there are certain widths that are not available.  For example, if a customer wants a width of 18” we cannot get that for them in vinyl.  However we can get close with 17 ¾” or 19” wide.  Customers can request any heights starting at 20” to 108” in 1” increments.  These shutter styles come in Board and Batten, Raised Panel or Louvered.  All of these are offered in 23 standard colors.  Custom color matching is available for a surcharge.  All colors are paintable.  The Louvered shutters are the only ones that are offered with an arch top.

In Stock Vinyl:

We provide 2 styles of in stock vinyl – Louvered and Raised Panel.  These shutters either come 12” or 15” wide and heights of 35” to 79” in 4” increments.  These are only available in 6 standard colors.  All in stock shutters are paintable.

Hardware:

We can provide a variety of functional hardware to our customers.  Our hardware consists of panel hinges, holdbacks (dogs), and slide bolts.  All come in varying patterns, sizes and styles.  We also provide Bahama/Bermuda hinges and extension poles.
